Exchange and refunds policy.

Milee’s Closet will accept, for exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages. Please send your items for exchange within 7 days from receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the receipt of the original order. Packaged goods must be returned with their correct packaging. Bodysuits, sunglasses, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds, only exchange.

Shipping and Payment information

Orders will be sent out within 1-3 days after purchase.

Courier fee is calculated based on the amount of goods and the address given.

We make use of the services of Courier guy and Postnet only to ensure the safety of your goods.

If the customer wishes to make use of the services of other courier companies, Milee’s Closet shall not be liable for any loss of goods.
